      Let us make your show reservations for you!  It’s easier & cheaper!  Here’s How:

  1. Fill in your name, room/site number, home phone number, address, city, state, zip code.
  2. Fill in the name, date, time and number of people attending each show.
  3. Turn this form in at the Activities Office located in the Clubhouse.  We’ll make the reservations for you.
  4. Pick up your ticket voucher and pay at the Activities Office by 5PM the day order is placed.
