Dear Treasure Lake Members:

Beacuse of statements by area judges in recent lawsuits, it seemed that any person who acquired two memberships in the Park might be granted a right to live full time on the Park.

This result is contrary to the purpose for which the Park was created.

To preempt this difficult state of affairs the  Board at Treasure Lake passed two resolutions, amending the Declaration of Restrictions and the Park's Rules and Regulations.

The amendments clarify that no person is permitted to live permanently on the Park (except those employees whose presence is needed).

The amendments also formalize a program that permits people to stay on the Park beyond 21 days consecutively on a space-available basis by paying a per day fee.
