Annual Meeting will be October 30, 2010 held at Shang Hi Theater

After a lengthy discussion, our attorney advised a Resolution to read: Be it resolved that pursuant to Article III 3.2 A of Bylaws. If 1/7500 interest is owned by more than 1 (one) natural person, and if the owner of such interest has not designated a natural person to vote the interest,the Board of Directors of the Club, hereby designates the natural personfirst named on the membership list to vote the interest.
